Demonology 101: Horns Distinct in Gender

Stripes, Shapes, and Colors Tell the Tale

Fizzarolli's Unique Horns

Delving into the captivating world of Hazbin Hotel and Helluva Boss, we encounter a diverse array of demons, each with their own captivating characteristics. Among these, the horns emerge as a prominent feature, revealing a fascinating gender distinction.

Female imps boast horns with notably thinner stripes, while male imps display thicker bands. Interestingly, both sexes exhibit ribbon or striped patterns on their horns. A notable exception is Fizzarolli, the first imp depicted with asymmetrical stripe patterns, as evidenced in his childhood photographs.

The distinct differences in horn structure extend beyond shape. The color of imp horns also plays a role in gender identification. White horns with black rings appear to indicate male, while black horns with white rings suggest female. This color-based differentiation adds another layer of complexity to the already intriguing demonology of the Hazbin Hotel universe.
