GameStop Shares Halted Multiple Times Due to Volatility

GameStop GME shares soared with the online broker Robinhood restricting some purchases of the stock.

GameStop was halted in multiple LULD limit up-limit down pauses on May 12.

In the case of GameStop during most of the regular trading day its shares are halted whenever their price rises or falls more than 5 in a five. Halt times displayed are Eastern Time ET.

This halt usually happens automatically such as if a stock jumps or plunges by a certain percentage within five minutes.
