Lakewood Crash Injures Multiple People
Details of the Incident
A 66-year-old man suffered life-threatening injuries after he lost control of his motorcycle and crashed on Route 47 near Woodstock on May 7, 2023. The crash happened around 2:25 pm near the intersection of Route 176 and Dean Street in McHenry County, according to Woodstock Fire-Rescue District. The man was flown to a hospital for further treatment.
Other Related Incidents
These injuries follow a fatal crash at the intersection of routes 47 and 176 in Lakewood, where Fabian Velazquez, 25, of Woodstock, died after firing a gun in a vehicle. Two people were also injured in the crash and are currently in critical condition, CBS Chicago reports.
